We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Learning Support Assistant to join fantastic schools across Bridgend, with roles starting in September and running throughout the first academic term. There may also be opportunities to extend beyond this, depending on performance and school needs.

Your responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:

• Support teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Work 1:1 with pupils or with small groups, helping to engage and motivate them
• Foster a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
• Build professional relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike

You will also need to hold an enhanced DBS and be registered to the EWC to be able to work in schools across Bridgend.
