As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Working closely with teaching staff, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils

• Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery

• Support the emotional and social development of students

• Implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour plans

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals

• Has experience working with children or young people (preferably in an educational setting)

• Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable

• Can communicate effectively with students and staff

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent)
