Join our Further Education support team in Harrow! We are excited to announce two recruitment events on the 6th and 7th of August for enthusiastic individuals looking for new opportunities. Below are the details for the available positions:

• Start Date: 29th August (Training on the 22nd August)
• Location: Harrow
• Salary: £16 per hour, including holiday pay
• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time (Minimum 2/3 days per week)

• Start Date: 29th August (Training between 14th-22nd August)
• Location: Harrow
• Salary: £18 per hour, including holiday pay
• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time (Minimum 4 days per week)

• Provide tailored support to students or young adults within educational or care settings.
• Assist with personal care and support for students with complex disabilities (specific to Learning and Care Support Assistant role).
• Engage with students to facilitate their academic and personal growth.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment, adhering to safeguarding practices.

• Experience supporting students or young adults in educational or care settings.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
• Minimum GCSEs (A-C / Level 2) in English and Maths.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
