Role Requirements:

• Experience: Working with children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in groups or previous teaching assistant experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach training.
• Skills: Passion for working with SEN children, flexibility, patience, and strong communication.
• Commitment: Full-time, part time availability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans for students with special educational needs.
• Support teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the unique learning requirements of each child.
