Are you a passionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time role? A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Cowbridge area is seeking a dedicated LSA to join their Key Stage 1 team for mornings only, starting September 2025.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the daily running of the classroom, with a particular focus on small group work and Additional Learning Needs (ALN). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's early education journey.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience working within a UK Primary School setting

• Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)

• Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as a School Learning Support Worker

• Availability to commit to the full academic year (September 2025 - July 2026)

Desirable:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

• Strong background supporting children with ALN

• A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach to learning support

This is an ideal role for someone seeking a part-time, term-time only position in a supportive school environment.
