We’re excited to invite you to a recruitment event at a Further Education College in Merton on Monday, 16th June at 12:00 PM. This event will spotlight opportunities within the Aurora Department, where we’re currently hiring for:

• Learning Coaches
• Bank Staff (Flexible, on-call roles)

Key Details of the role:

• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract: Temporary (until June 2026) with strong potential to go permanent — 21 staff were made permanent just last week!
• Pay: £15.61 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
• Hours: 08:45 AM - 4:30 PM, minimum 3 days per week

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with experience in SEND support, healthcare, or support work
• Those comfortable with or open to providing personal care
• Compassionate, dependable people who are ready to make a meaningful impact

The Aurora Department supports students with complex needs. While personal care is minimal, we value team members who are empathetic, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education.
