• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Fashion/Textiles and Art and Design across various levels up to Level 3.
• Develop and maintain industry links to facilitate live briefs and enhance student work experience opportunities.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure course relevance to current industry standards.
• Assist in the assessment of student work, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students achieve their potential.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching practice and subject expertise.

• Minimum of HND in a relevant subject area (degree preferred).
• Excellent subject knowledge in Fashion and Textiles, with teaching experience up to Level 3, including UAL programmes.
• Experience in teaching Art and Design up to Level 2.
• If not already held, willingness to obtain a Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the Further Education sector (support provided by the College).
