Job Description - Legal Assistant

LEGAL ASSISTANT
Join a respected commercial and private law firm with branches across London for a part-time, 1-month temporary role. Based in-office 2.5 days per week, this opportunity is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 12 months’ minute-taking experience.

LEGAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Supporting a senior member within the team 2.5 days per week with minute-taking
  • Transcribing Dictaphone recordings week-by-week to e-mail, written documents and formal paperwork
LEGAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 12 months minute-taking experience
  • Existing UK working rights
  • Able to commute to N8, London for 2.5 days per week
  • Patience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
