About the Role:

Reed Legal are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Legal Counsel to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor to play a key role in providing strategic legal advice across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, compliance, data protection, and employment law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Support internal stakeholders with legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the business complies with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and industry-specific legislation.
• Liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in a commercial legal environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
