Academics are looking for a Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in Appleton, Warrington.
We're looking for a caring, proactive and reliable TA who can work closely with teachers to support pupils and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
The role may involve:
Supporting pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Helping deliver the primary curriculum through engaging activities Supporting phonics, reading, writing and maths Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and engagement Supporting classroom routines and learning activities Promoting positive behaviour and following safeguarding proceduresWe're looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Has previous experience working with children Understands the primary curriculum Has experience supporting phonics and early reading Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff Is patient, enthusiastic and dependable Has a strong understanding of safeguardingWhy work with Academics?
Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
