Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Lewisham, South East London
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Term-Time or All-Year-Round
Salary: £12.77 per hour (depending on experience and contract)

Are you a qualified and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to join a nurturing, forward-thinking nursery? A well-established and welcoming nursery in Lewisham is currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and committed practitioner to become a key part of their early years team.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences to children aged 0-5

• Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Monitor and record children's development, progress, and interests

• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

• Work effectively as part of a team to support the daily running of the room

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and child development

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
