We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Supply Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in the Totnes area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable and committed individual who thrives on supporting children's learning and wellbeing across all age groups within the primary phase.

Your new role
You'll provide high-quality support to teachers across a range of classes and subjects, work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning objectives, assist in creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment and support children with additional needs in accessing the curriculum.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
• Experience working in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to supporting children
• Reliability, flexibility, and readiness to adapt to the school's needs
• Knowledge of safeguarding and commitment to keeping children safe
