Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and research high-potential companies such as biotechs, medical device companies, and universities.
• Build and maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
• Enrol qualified contacts into personalized outreach sequences to generate leads.
• Contribute ideas to support content creation for LinkedIn and other marketing efforts.
• Document sales processes and suggest improvements or automation where possible.
• Explore and open new markets, particularly in medical devices and academia.

Marketing:

• Support the creation of content for LinkedIn and marketing emails.
• Repurpose content for different channels while maintaining consistent messaging.
• Create infographics and visuals using tools like Canva.
• Track weekly marketing metrics and monitor budget usage.
• Assist with event planning and management.
• Use AI tools to enhance work efficiency.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in science (preferably life science) or relevant experience in healthcare/life sciences/clinical research.
• Is interested in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Is positive, eager to learn, and open to new ideas.
• Is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and willing to take on various tasks as needed.
