Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join our client in Worcestershire. This role involves a broad range of general litigation tasks, providing an exciting opportunity for a diverse legal practice.

• Handle a variety of cases in areas including Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Inheritance Disputes, Contentious Probate, Landlord & Tenant, Property Litigation, Debt, and Company Litigation.
• Manage cases from inception to conclusion, providing strategic advice and ensuring a comprehensive legal service.
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements, ensuring they meet all statutory or legal requirements.
• Represent clients in court or in mediation/arbitration proceedings.
• Maintain current knowledge of legislation, regulations, and case law that affects the practice area.

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in either Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation or General Litigation.
• Strong experience in handling a wide range of litigation cases.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships.
