Litigation Solicitor (Locum)

Rate: £45 - £55ph

Our client, a reputable law firm with a rich history dating back to the late 19th century, is seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the firm's litigation department, handling a varied caseload of civil litigation cases, with a focus on property litigation matters.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high street civil litigation cases

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients

• Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases

• Represent clients in legal proceedings

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years' PQE

• Extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly property litigation

• Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload

• Immediate availability to start the role

• Competitive hourly rate of £45 - £55 per hour
