We are looking for a Care Professional, who has experience in Dementia, to join our Live In team, with a rotation of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. The individual will need support in...

• Medication 
• Food preparation
• Personal care
• Social support

The individual will need a drivers licence as the client is very active and enjoys social activities, in the community.
