Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Live-In Carer to support individuals in their own homes across the Aylesbury area. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, providing essential care and companionship to those who need it most.

As a Live-In Carer, you’ll be supporting individuals with a range of daily living tasks to help them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. From personal care to preparing meals, your approach will be respectful, dignified, and tailored to the person’s needs and preferences.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in care (essential) – ideally in a home care or live-in setting

• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

• A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• A driver is preferred due to the location and nature of the role

• Willingness to work part-time hours (to be discussed at interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

• Support with meal preparation, hydration, and medication reminders

• Offer companionship and emotional support throughout the day

• Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing

• Keep accurate records of care and report concerns appropriately

• Support with light housekeeping tasks as needed

• Work collaboratively with family members and other care professionals
