Birchrose Associates are partnering with a L500 firm in London to recruit for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist for 3 months+

The Opportunity

We are working on an attractive opportunity within a highly regarded, L500 firm for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will be based from their office in London with excellent transport links and free parking.

Once bedded into the role, the firm are happy to consider 1-2 days per week remote working for the right candidate.

This role is to cover whilst the firm are recruiting on a permanent basis, with an expected duration of 3-6 months.

The ideal candidate will be free to start in June 2025 and looking to work 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a varied caseload including the following matters:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Development work
• Business and asset sales/purchases
• Landlord and tenant matters

The Locum will benefit from highly experienced, shared secretarial support.

• Competitive pay in the range of £50 - 55 per hour

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience handling busy and varied Commercial Property caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
