A new opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist within a full practice, multi office firm in Greater London for 1 month+ starting in June

The Opportunity

Birchrose Associates are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to provide assistance for circa 1 month in June, with potential to extend beyond this point. The full service, multi office firm are conveniently located close to transport links for an easy commute.

The Locum is required to be office based throughout this assignment, and the firm can be open to considering full time or part time candidates, with a minimum of 3 days per week considered.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a broad commercial property caseload to include:

• Commercial leases
• Sales and purchases
• Development matters
• Landlord and Tenant work

The Locum will benefit from support from an experienced Legal Assistant.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience handling busy commercial property caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
