Birchrose Associates are pleased to be partnering with a friendly, reputable firm in North Yorkshire seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to start ASAP for 3 months + in duration.

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-regarded, friendly law firm, and they are recruiting for a Locum Family Solicitor or Locum Family Legal Executive to join them ASAP. The locum is required to assist due to absence in the team for circa 3 months in duration.

The ideal locum will be based in the office twice a week with one day remote working. They are seeking a locum to work 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

The Locum Family Solicitor will assume responsibility for private family matters to include:

• Divorce
• Financial matters
• Private children matters

Requirements

• At least 6 years' PQE
• Experience handling busy private family caseloads
• Ability to hit the ground running and work self-sufficiently
