Locum Private Client Solicitor

Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist a Sussex based law firm 2 months +.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a high street practice to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist with clearing an existing caseload. The role will be based from their office in Sussex with up to 2 days per week remote working offered.

This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of circa 2 months, with potential to extend beyond this point. The locum is free to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days per week required.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload including the following matters:

• Drafting and advising on a range of wills
• Trusts
• LPAs
• Estate administration

The locum will have shared admin support.

Benefits

• Competitive pay in the range of £45 - £50 per hour DOE
• Hybrid working available

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor
• Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
