Locum Private Client Solicitor

Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist at a reputable firm based in Kent to start ASAP for 3-6 months.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable, friendly firm in Kent to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to cover a period of sickness in the team. The role is anticipated to last 3-6 months.

The Locum Private Client Solicitor will be required to work 3 days per week. Our client is flexible and will allow someone to work flexible hours, i.e. 7 hours a day, or half days across the week. This is an office-based position, but the firm has free parking on-site and they are within walking distance to the nearest station.

Responsibilities

The successful Private Client Locum will manage a mixed caseload of private client matters including:

• Probate
• Wills
• Trusts
• Estates
• LPAs

The locum will benefit from highly experienced secretarial support and another Fee Earner in the team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years' experience as a Private Client Fee Earner
• Experience handling busy and mixed caseloads of private client work
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
