Locum Private Client Solicitor

Birchrose Associates are partnering with a multi office law firm, recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to start a new role ASAP for up to 1 month initially, with potential to extend.

The Opportunity

Our client, a multi office traditional practice are seeking the support of a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to in the absence of a permanent team member. The role will be based from their office in Kent.

This role is to start ASAP an initial duration of up to 1 month, with high potential to extend beyond this point. The ideal locum would be looking to support the team on a part time basis, working 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

This role will see the Locum handling a caseload including:

• Wills
• Probate
• LPAs
• Estate administration
• Trust matters

Shared secretarial support is available for the locum.

Benefits

• Competitive pay in the range of £45 - £50 per hour
• Secretarial support

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor
• Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
