Sonographer Temporary Locum (Bromley Area)

£55 per hour (Umbrella)

Flexible Shifts - Mid Week, Weekends or Ad Hoc considered

Must be available April or Early May to start

Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with an Independent Healthcare Provider who are delivering high-quality diagnostic services to local health services. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Sonographer on a temporary basis to support with patient backlogs in the Bromley area.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound scans for female patients, helping to reduce waiting list times. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting Non-Obstructive Ultrasound scans
• Performing Pelvic Transvaginal (TV) Scans
• Ensuring a professional, patient-centred service
• Managing appointments efficiently to support service delivery

This position offers a flexible shift pattern, with availability required during midweek and/or weekends depending on preference and service demand.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HCPC or equivalent registration as a qualified Sonographer
• Proven experience conducting Non-Obstructive and Pelvic TV scans
• Able to start within the next couple of weeks
• Driving license and access to a car is desirable, due to location flexibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
