Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Hours: 15 hours per week, term-time only (Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 1:30pm)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a respected special school in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a caring and collaborative team, supporting pupils with complex and multiple learning needs during one of the most important parts of their day.

• Must have experience working in a SEN school

• A caring, flexible, and patient approach to supporting children with additional needs

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of pupils with SLD, PMLD, and Autism

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality for all pupils

• Supervise and support pupils during lunchtime activities

• Assist with feeding and personal care where required

• Promote positive social interaction and behaviour

• Ensure pupils’ safety, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain consistency and quality of care

• Be a key part of the school’s commitment to providing personalised, inclusive support
