Maintenance Electrician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week), with the potential for additional days when required. We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible electrician looking for a varied role. The candidate will cover the South West and the surrounding areas, you will be visiting brand new homes to investigate and fix faults. Putting things right will of course be an important aim of the job but you’ll also need to provide a professional, friendly service. The role requires close work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Qualified electrician with maintenance experience to carry out electrical maintenance in brand-new homes under the 2-year warranty within 20-90 minutes radius of BA11

• Report back to wider team, provide clear updates and troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Replace faulty lights, sockets, fans, and other electrical components as needed

• Work under the CIS scheme paid fortnightly

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Physically capable of handling hands-on tasks
