As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll need to be a good communicator, It’s also essential that you’re happy to undergo our Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, as part of your application.

As a Hospital Fabric Maintenance Porter, you will:

• Be part of a close-knit professional team

• Work in a fast-moving clinical environment

• Maintain constant and effective interaction with all our departments delivering and collecting goods from other hospitals

• Support the estates team with fabric work such as painting and decorating

• Support with office moves and gardening services

The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures, theatre, ultrasound, MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds, we’re about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
