Manufacturing Operative

Baker Recruitment Group are pleased to be working alongside our client based in LS12. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join this busy operation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality and be able to carry out task involving heavy lifting and carrying goods.

Shift pattern is as follows:
Monday - Friday
Days 06.15am - 2.15pm
Afternoons 2.15pm - 10.15pm

There is a chance of last minute requirments by the client so wouold need to be n standby for extra shifts

Pay rate starts from £12.75ph
Overtime is also available.

Key Responsibilities:
Working in a busy industrial production environment you will be involved with the producing of high-quality finished products.As our client is extremely customer focused you will be expected to demonstrate an excellent level of quality in your work and will always work to a high standard. With good communication skills, you will be a team player with a flexible attitude to work. You must have excellent attention to detail, be enthusiastic with a thirst to learn, develop and progress.
