Marketing Assistant Part-time

Your new company
You will be working with a well-established law firm with offices across Europe. You will provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing & Business Development team.
NOTE - This position will be a job-share with an existing member of the team, working Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Your new role
You will support the Marketing & Business Development team with the coordination of events and client interviews. You will manage contact data through marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR. You will execute email marketing campaigns through bulk email software. Providing event support through the creation of delegate pack materials, distribution of branded merchandise and support of conference planning activities, including prospect research, booking delegate places etc. You will carry out market research and update web copy where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a good marketing administrative background, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude are required.

What you'll get in return
£24,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata) This position is a job-share with an existing member of the team. You will be required to work Wednesdays and Thursdays (16 hours per week).
Hybrid and flexible working options available. 31 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising to 36 days with length of service. Other benefits include the option to buy / sell holidays, healthcare, pension and enhanced family leave policies.
