Marketing Executive (Part- Time)

Mitchell Adam is an established and ambitious financial recruitment specialist based in Birmingham. Known for our consultative and relationship-led approach, we’ve built a strong reputation in the market over the past 14 years. As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for a part-time Marketing Executive to support and elevate our brand presence. This is a new and exciting role with plenty of opportunity to shape and own the marketing function within a flexible, professional environment.

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. You will take full ownership of our brand messaging and campaigns, working closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with business goals. This role offers autonomy and flexibility - ideal for a creative marketing professional looking to make a genuine impact on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week).

Your duties will include:

• Creating and delivering marketing campaigns across website, social media, email, and print
• Managing content creation, including blogs, case studies, and video
• Improving brand awareness through consistent messaging and design
• Reporting on campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement
• Supporting employer branding, internal comms, and events when required

What You’ll Need:

• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of projects
• A proven track record in marketing, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Experience working in a small or growing business is highly beneficial
