The Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development & LinkedIn Outreach Executive to help drive awareness of Opal Fee Recovery and generate new business opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or marketing who enjoys building relationships and engaging with business owners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our presence within the recruitment market through LinkedIn networking, content engagement, and initial business development conversations.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Outreach & Network Growth

Identify and connect with recruitment business owners, directors and consultants via LinkedIn.
Grow Opal Fee Recovery's LinkedIn network strategically.
Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages.
Nurture relationships with prospective clients.
Engage with industry influencers, recruiters and recruitment groups.Content & Social Media

Create and schedule LinkedIn posts.
Repurpose client success stories and case studies into engaging content.
Promote Opal's services and thought leadership.
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities for follow-up conversations.Business Development

Conduct introductory discovery calls with recruitment agency owners.
Explain Opal Fee Recovery's services and value proposition.
Qualify leads and identify opportunities.
Book meetings for the Director.
Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records.Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships within the recruitment sector.
Develop referral partnerships.
Maintain regular contact with prospective clients.
Represent the Opal Fee Recovery brand professionally.Ideal Candidate

Essential

Excellent communication skills.
Confident using LinkedIn for business development.
Strong telephone manner.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Self-motivated and organised.
Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, marketing or account management.Desirable

Recruitment industry experience.
Knowledge of recruitment agency operations.
Experience generating B2B leads.
Familiarity with LinkedIn.

Part-Time

18 hours per week (3 Days), with potential to increase as the business grows.

Salary

£15.00 per hour DOE
£14,040 per annum based on 18 hours per week
Equivalent to £31,200 FTE based on a 40-hour working week
