Marketing Manager - Law Firm

My client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their law firm in Luton, Bedfordshire on a part time basis. Hybrid working available.

They are a leading regional multi-services law firm offering legal advice to both individuals and businesses. Their dedicated legal professionals strive to achieve the very best for their clients ensuring that commitment and trust are core to who they are and what they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management• To manage the ongoing requirements of multiple stakeholders of varying levels across the Firm.• Liaison and guidance to the wider business on the pros or cons of specific marketing activities• To share results and reports and present them in a professional manner• Event Management• Plan and deliver the events calendar• Deliver the logistical planning prior to seminars and events, including the execution of email campaigns to gather attendance (via Eventbrite or other); ensuring turnout meets expectations.• Ensure the smooth running of events on the day.• Post-event follow-up including feedback, invoicing and all attendee related follow-up actions• Collateral and content development• Managing, maintaining and reviewing all social media platforms • Creating, scheduling and executing day-to day social media posting across Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Instagram platforms and look to build engagement with audiences. • Sharing all new and updated blog content from the firms website as well as active promotion of planned initiatives.• Analysing data across platforms so strategy can be adjusted accordingly for future campaigns.• Participate in the development and presentation of any marketing budgets including the annual proposed budget

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent working knowledge of the full marketing mix is essential• Previous marketing experience gained in a professional services and/or partnership environment is desirable• Good understanding of marketing to local communities • Well organised with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met and task are completed on time to a high standard• Ability to work as part of a team, especially alongside the Digital Marketing Manager
