Marketing Officer

Pineapple Careers is excited to partner with a respected independent school based on the outskirts of Horsham to recruit a creative and proactive Marketing Officer for a part-time, term-time only, permanent role. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy alongside the Senior Leadership Team
• Create and manage engaging content across print, digital and social media channels
• Oversee day-to-day website management and ensure all content is accurate, timely and on-brand
• Work closely with staff and pupils to produce news stories and promotional material
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and materials with external agencies and suppliers
• Promote school events such as Open Days and exhibitions and attend external promotional events
• Lead the production of newsletters, the school magazine and press articles
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and regular reports
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from parents and prospective families
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local organisations
• Be an integral part of the school community, actively involved in daily life and school events

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in an educational environment
• A strong understanding of marketing communication strategies and digital platforms
• Exceptional copywriting, editing and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to content creation
• Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media management and Microsoft Office
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
