Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor

Your new roleIn your new role as an experienced M&E Supervisor you will assist the Facilities Manager (FM) with the day to day running of the contract's Technical Services specification.
To manage all elements of Hard Services at the client's sites, as well as day to day management of the engineer's work loading. To supervise a team of engineers to deliver routine maintenance tasks and reactive work. To identify any remedial work from PPM's and ensure completion in a timely manner and inline with SLAs.
What you'll need to succeedAble to demonstrate understanding and leading by example for health and safety. Understand the relevance of tool box talks and safe systems of working.
Proven track record for supervising Hard FM services in commercial/industrial properties. Holds relevant technical qualifications or experience with Mechanical. Supervisor experience, Technical background, working in technical background, Qualification, electrical/mechanical NVQ L3 desirable, City and Guilds is must.
