Position Details:

• Number of Positions: 2
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Hourly Rate: £13ph paid through Office Angels
• Working Pattern: Part Time
• Location: Newcastle City Centre (Excellent public transport access, no parking on site)
• Start Date: WC/ 19th May
• Training Day: 11am-3pm

Required Dates:

• Saturday 24 May: 11am-3pm
• Wednesday 28 May: 11am-3pm
• Thursday 29 May: 11am-3pm
• Friday 30 May: 11am-3pm

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to drive annual memberships
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Offer support and information about membership benefits
• Help customers understand our money-back offer on second visits

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Friendly and approachable demeanour
• Enthusiasm for driving memberships and engaging with the public
