Randstad Student Support is actively seeking compassionate and highly skilled Mental Health Specialist Mentors to join our team and make a profound impact on students' lives. Providing individualized academic and well-being support to students, assisting with time management and stress reduction techniques, building student confidence, and maintaining accurate student records. You will conduct both in-person and online sessions, collaborating closely with the Randstad team.

Mentoring students, developing personalized support plans, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with other support professionals.

Experience supporting students with mental health needs is essential. A background in relevant NAS training modules is highly beneficial (support provided).

Registration with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA is required. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are also crucial. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
