As a Midday Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of students during the lunchtime period. Your responsibilities will include:

? Supervising students in the dining hall and outdoor areas
? Encouraging good table manners and positive social interaction
? Supporting students with any lunchtime needs or concerns
? Ensuring a safe and orderly lunchtime environment
? Upholding the school's policies and behaviour expectations

?? Previous experience working in a school or education setting is essential
?? A genuine passion for supporting students' welfare and development
?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
?? The ability to work as part of a team and remain calm under pressure
?? An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
