Job Title: Midday Supervisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £12.50 - £14 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Part-Time | Term Time Only | Typically 11:30am - 1:30pm
Start Date: September 2025

Aspire People is working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes that is seeking a caring, reliable, and proactive Midday Supervisor to join their team in September.

As a Midday Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils during their lunchtime, helping to create a safe, happy, and well-managed environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to contribute to a positive school community-no teaching experience required!

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising children in the dining hall and outdoor play areas
* Encouraging positive behaviour and relevant care e.g. supervision of hand washing, assistance for pupils to carry trays
* Supporting children in play activities and helping to resolve minor conflicts
* Ensuring pupils' health, safety, and well-being at all times
* Working as part of a team to create a calm and inclusive lunchtime experience
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for the children at all times.
