Mornings – From 08:00 - 14.00 / 09.15 - 14.00

• Saturday and Sundays are paid at the enhanced rate of £15 per hour all day!

We’re looking for Care Professionals to visit our local clients in their own homes providing support to live independently. Our award-winning care is rated CQC Outstanding, with upwards of 1-hour visits and your own regular clients with whom you will build a bond.  If you’re looking for a profession where you can bring your caring personality to work and change lives, look no further.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Morning Care Assistants to join our team in Egham, United Kingdom. As a Morning Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents to start their day comfortably and positively.

• Assist residents with their morning routines, including personal care, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve breakfast, ensuring dietary requirements are met
• Help residents with mobility, using appropriate moving and handling techniques
• Monitor and record residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to senior staff
• Engage in friendly conversation and provide emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
• Administer medication as directed by senior care staff, following proper protocols

• Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical fitness to assist with residents' mobility needs
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commute to Egham for early morning shifts
• Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable but not required
• Basic understanding of elderly care or disability support would be advantageous
• Willingness to undergo necessary training and obtain relevant certifications
