Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Evening Care Support: Assist clients with evening routines like meals, hygiene, and getting ready for bed.

• Reassurance Visits: Provide peace of mind to clients and their families through compassionate evening care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar is beneficial but not required—we provide full training!
• A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature.
• Availability for evening shifts, including some weekends.
• Access to a vehicle and proximity to Harlow (CM18, CM19, CM20 areas).
