Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of designated spaces, ensuring that our clients' expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas

- Empty and dispose of trash and recyclables

- Restock and replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

- Maintain equipment and report any equipment malfunctions or damages

- Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

- Notify the supervisor regarding any inventory shortages or damages to the facility

- Observe and comply with all health and safety regulations and practices

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeper preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling and disposal methods

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours and Compensation:

This position is for a 2-hour shift in the morning, Monday to Friday. Working hours may vary depending on client demand. The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
