Multi Skills Tutor (SEN)

Looking for a construction teaching role where you can work with smaller groups and genuinely adapt your delivery around individual learners?

We’re recruiting an SEN Multi-Trade Tutor in Lancashire to deliver practical construction skills to learners with EHCPs.

This is a 3-day working week – Tuesday to Thursday, primarily covering plastering and joinery.

The role:

* Deliver practical multi-trade construction training

* Work with learners with EHCPs

* Primarily deliver plastering and joinery

* Adapt sessions around individual learner needs

* Support learners with practical skills, confidence and progression

What we're looking for:

* Construction trade experience

* Level 3 teaching qualification

* Experience delivering practical construction training

* Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching

* Patient and supportive approach to learners

Previous SEN/EHCP experience would be beneficial, but we're also interested in experienced construction tutors with the right approach to supporting learners with additional needs.
