Job Description - Multisite Pharmacist Part Time

As the Multisite Pharmacist you will play a crucial role in providing excellent pharmaceutical care and guidance across multiple hospital pharmacy locations in the Mid Yorks area.

Key Duties

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care.
Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.

Package and Benefits

27 hrs p/w - Up to £36,500p/a
GPhC fees paid
Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
Company pension scheme

Key Skills and Qualifications

MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
MUST have GPhC registration (or pending)
