Pay: As per site rate

Location: Based mostly in Stoke on Trent, however, may be required to provide support at sites in Telford and Wolverhampton.

Overview

An
exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Security
Officer to join our established security team as a Multi-Site Security Officer covering mostly the Stoke on Trent area, as well as, Telford and Wolverhampton 

The successful candidate must have a valid SIA  licence. As a Multi-Site Security Officer, you
will be required to support the site security team by being flexible and reliable to cover shifts as required, this includes working a variety of shifts. You will be responsible for providing
a high level of customer service to visitors to the site, ensuring the safety of all visitors and completing patrols and
remaining vigilant at all times. 

Duties
include:

• Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by
  providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published
  Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and site-specific procedures
  
• Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities;
  informing offenders of policy and procedures
  
• Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate
  and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations
  Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents
  
• Completing reports by recording observations,
  information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  
• Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by
  complying with legal requirements
  
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related
  results as needed
  
• Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors
  to site, providing a professional and friendly service
  
• Understanding the needs of our customer, respond
  accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action
  
• Maintaining professional conduct at all times
  

Requirements

• Full
  5-year employment checkable history
  
• Valid
  frontline SIA licence CCTV & DS 
  
• 
  Customer
  Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct
  manner
  
• Flexible
  to meet the job requirements
  
• 
  Excellent
  communication skills both written and verbal
  
  
• Smart
  appearance and be well-groomed
