  About the Role:
  
  
  • Deliver engaging and varied Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering music theory, history, composition, and performance.
  
  
  • Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that cater to a range of musical interests and abilities.
  
  
  • Assess student progress through practical performances, compositions, and written work, providing constructive feedback.
  
  
  • Direct and conduct school ensembles or instrumental groups as required.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Ideal Candidate:
  
  
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Music.
  
  
  • A strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance practices across different genres.
  
  
  • Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument to a high standard.
  
  
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and potentially conducting skills.
