Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and caring At-Home Personal Assistant to support a busy family by assisting in caring for two young children and assisting with various household tasks. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position is Monday - Friday from 4-8pm CST in Birmingham, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children after school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with homework and educational activities.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate games and activities.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with family meal prep as needed.
• Perform light cleaning tasks, including tidying up play areas, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Help with laundry and organizing children’s belongings.
• Help manage appointments and schedules as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in working with young children is a must have
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
