Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant - Oxford
£14/hour + holiday pay | Temp-to-perm opportunity

I'm working with a leading and fast-growing housebuilder who's looking for a part-time Sales Consultant to support their team at a new development in Oxford.

This is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent-perfect if you have a background in estate agency, lettings, or property sales and are looking for something more flexible.

The Role:

• Part-time hours (days TBC)

• £14/hour + holiday pay

• Temporary with view to permanent (perm salary £32,350 + £450 commission per plot)

• Working at a modern, well-presented development with a supportive sales team

What They're Looking For:

• Experience in property, sales, estate agency or lettings

• Confident, personable, and quick to learn

• Strong communicator, not set in your ways

If made permanent:

• 25 days holiday + birthday off

• Bank holidays in lieu (pro rata)

• 5% employer pension contribution

• Commission: £450 per plot (paid on exchange
