NHS HCA- Healthcare Assistant

Randstad is actively seeking highly motivated Healthcare Assistants to join the Acute Mental Health Service (AMHS) at St George's Park. This is a high-priority role, and we aim to expedite the hiring process for the right candidates.

Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care; assisting nurses and the multidisciplinary team; accurate record-keeping; prompting medication (as directed); maintaining professional conduct in line with Trust policies.

• GCSEs (minimum 5 A-E grades, including Maths and English)
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Proven experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness
• Knowledge of mental health issues and interventions
• Demonstrable compassion and commitment to care

• Care Certificate
• minimum of 6 months UK experience in the NHS as a support worker will be considered for shortlisting
