As a Yard Operative, you will play an integral role in the efficient operation of the yard. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading goods, maintaining a clean and organised work space, and ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good condition. The ideal candidate will be committed to adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

• Safely operate yard equipment
• Organise and manage stock within the yard, ensuring all items are easily accessible and accurately logged.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools and machinery, reporting any issues to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised yard environment, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar yard operative role, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. Most importantly, you should be passionate about contributing to a collaborative team environment.
