The Opportunity

We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our Night Receptionist team at a housing and support service in Hastings. The role can be challenging, requiring empathy, professionalism, and the ability to support residents with complex needs toward greater independence, while maintaining strong professional boundaries. While experience is preferred, training is available for those with the right attitude. This is a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Consistent & Predictable Schedule:

• Hours: an average of 28 hours per week - 12 midnight - 8am


• Set shifts: a rolling rota of three nights on, three nights off. 
  


• Willingness and ability to cover overtime as needed.

• Assist in the delivery of a reception service to our residents


• Implement night security systems, ensuring the overall safety and security of the scheme


• Meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices


• Someone who is calm under pressure, excellent at communication and can effectively deal with anti-social behaviour
